Manufacturing
How It's Made
Full Tank products are manufactured using industrial rotational molding (rotomoulding). Raw polyethylene resin is loaded into a mold, which is then heated and rotated on two axes simultaneously. As it spins, the melted plastic coats the interior walls evenly, producing a seamless, one-piece container with no welds or joints.
The result: stronger tanks, zero leak points, and a manufacturing process that can produce a wide range of shapes and sizes efficiently.
